- Order information: items purchased, amounts, and payment status. We do not store your full card number — payments are handled by our payment provider.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a quote or invoice.
- To process, produce and ship your order, and to send tracking updates.
- To handle returns, refunds and customer support.
- To measure and improve our website and, when advertising is running, to measure our ads.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Cookies and advertising measurement
We use essential cookies to keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. When we run advertising, we may also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) and similar tools, which set cookies to measure which ads lead to inquiries. How long we keep it
Inquiry records for up to 24 months; order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You may ask us to delete data we no longer need.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority; in California you may request disclosure of the categories of information we collect.
Children
Our site is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly.
