Is the hair 100% human hair?
Yes. Every unit is cut from a single donor bundle and machine double-stitched on a lace or HD lace cap. We send real video of the exact unit before shipping.
How do I know my cap size and lace type?
Send us your head measurements (circumference, front-to-nape, ear-to-ear) and we recommend the cap. Standard medium fits most; small and large are available on request.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock units ship in 1–2 business days. Custom orders take 5–9 business days to make. Delivery is usually 5–12 business days with a tracking number.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice and a secure payment link after you confirm the unit, length, density and price. PayPal and major cards are accepted.
Can I return or exchange a wig?
Unopened, unworn units can be returned within 14 days of delivery — see our returns policy. Custom-coloured, cut or installed units cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Do you offer wholesale or dropshipping?
Yes. Message us with the quantities and styles you need and we will send a wholesale price list and dropshipping terms.
Will I pay customs or import tax?
Depending on your country, import duty or VAT may apply and is the buyer's responsibility. We declare honestly and can advise what other customers in your country usually pay.
